Adult ProgramDuring an Aikido class, students practice techniques for
blending with and neutralizing punches, grabs, and assaults. The
training develops balance, flexibility, and coordination, as well as
concentration and confidence in the face of an attack. The ultimate
goal of Aikido training is to master a calm, alert, and confident
approach to conflict -- a courageous and compassionate spirit that
wholeheartedly confronts the challenges and difficulties of life. Visitors are always welcome! Please come in for a free class! Schedule

"Life itself is always a
trial. In training, you must test and polish yourself in order to face
the great challenges of life. Transcend the realm of life and death,
and then you will be able to make your way calmly and safely through
any crisis that confronts you."
